Check the connectors to the cluster and any other connectors in the harness that feed the cluster, one must be making a poor connection. If all is ok then the cluster may be defective.

SOURCE: I have a 2006 arctic cat it well run good for abut e0 minutes and die and back fire and not start for about 10 minutes and run again for about 20 more minutes and die again I replace the coil?
Check the timing. Sounds like it's off.

I am laughing at some of these "fixes".. remove the carburetor, take it to the dealer, he will know what you need. There is a rebuild kit (or new plunger kit) for this pump.. you MIGHT be able to clean it and replace the o-ring (NOT WITH A BIGGER ONE) - but the correct one..I know this is a pain in the a$$.. let a professional repair/fix it instead of guessing..
