They are on the engine block. Depending on the engine size, usually 2 or 3 on the side and 2 between engine and transmission right below each head.
If you have a timing belt and you noticed coolant leak from front of engine, it could be coming from the water pump inside the timing belt cover.

Try starting it in neutral instead or park...It may be your neutral start switch is bad in the park position. Otherwise, it sounds like a starter relay is not working.

I had the same problem with my truck. I removed the gauge cluster from the dashboard and sent it to a place I found on the internet that specializes in repairing these. If your speedo is separate and not integrated with the other gauges and does not control the mileage gauge, then you can install an aftermarket speedometer.

Check the wire from distributor to coil and the fuse see if you get 12vdc to coil if stil not working go on you tube how to test coil

I presume your vehicle has a electric motor power steering , as you haven't given year, I would say as this fault keeps recurring then changing the steering motor is the solution

STARTER, REPLACE 1. Disconnect battery ground cable. 2. Remove engine undercover. 3. Disconnect starter wiring from starter. 4. Remove starter retaining bolts, then the starter. 5. Reverse procedure to install.
