The very first thing you need to do here is have the engine control module scanned for fault codes with an OBD2 fault code reader or scan tool. Once you have the fault codes then you can diagnose the cause by the fault code or codes received.

Economy mode means you should charge your battery firs as it might be almost flat.

the fittings sizes were deliberately changed during manufacturer to stop the deliberate use of the wrong refrigerant in the system
ac systems do not need recharging unless there is a leak and that means that the leak has to be fixed first other wise the recharge is a waste of money
get an accredited ac specialist shop to do the job and save money.

Your going to have to check the fuel sending unit in the tank. The hose between the pump and top of the unit could be cracked and pulling air on the slop or up hill.

Sometimes they just clog up. Take a small sewing needle and poke through where they squirt. This should solve your problem. Please let me know how you make out. GOOD LUCK FRIEND.

It could be a loose/failed engine or transmission mount. Look at the tranny rear mount and check the bolts and condition. Also check the bell housing bolts AND the bolts connecting the engine flywheel to the clutch pressure plate.

Have a look in the Peugeot 206 Manual for the Fuse Panel. This will give you the Fuse layout and where to find it in the car.

Should not be too difficult if the axle fittings are the same. You can use the brakes without the ABS. Don't need to change anything on the brakes. Just leave the sensors unconnected. If you want ABS the you will need to obtain all the components, ie manifold, lines, sensors on all the wheels and possibly a computer for the ABS.
