It could be that the air temperature actuator is bad , but that would be a guess without me checking out the vehicle . You say the A/C system is full of refrigerant , not freon , they don't use freon any more . I would need to hook up gauges to the system an check the pressures , see if the compressor is able to move the refrigerant through the system . The compressor could be worn out inside ,who knows . Why don't you do yourself a favor an have a qualified technician check it .

Check fuses and relays for that particular circuit.Could be fuel pump is bad or blown fuel pump fuse or fuel pressure regulator valve is bad.

No fuse. It has a solenoid at the starter. If your car does not crank and the battery is good with good connections, then you may have a bad solenoid or starter. With the key in start position, have someone strike the starter with a hammer. If it starts then replace the starter and solenoid. If it does not, then you may have an anti-theft problem with the ignition.
