There is usually a key hole to unlock the latch to fold the rear seats down. If not a key hole then look for a strap to pull.

It could be the main ground wire from the battery to the body.
Or inline fuse from battery to fuse box

Mine starting doing the same, best I can figure the motor is getting weak/wore out.
I got out and tried it without my weight being on it and it works. Not the proper fix but works for now, I didn't feel like replacing the motor quite yet.

If it is only one of the belts, on one side of the car it will probably be either a roof seal rubber or a door seal rubber. If it is wet high up on the belt it is probably a roof seal. If it is lower down it is likely to be a door seal. The problem is that water leaks can run along edges and grooves so the leak could be anywhere on the car. If you can find the highest point in the car where it is wet that will be your clue as to where it is.
