Question about 2008 GMC Sierra 1500
This problem seems to be the ECM (computer) to have so many things acting up at the same time. Did it all start at the same time? Its possible that you can reset the ECM by removing the hot and ground cables, wait about 15 minutes and then replace them, may fix the problem, may only temporarily fix the problem if the ecm is bad or something is setting a code to cause this. It sounds as if it is running in limp mode. Have it tested at the nearest parts store. They should be able to decipher the problem.

Testimonial: "Thank you....everything did start at one time How much do you think it will cost to have it repaired"
My 2008 sierra was doing the same thing. It was a $10 ac delco brake light switch that stopped disengaging after releasing the brake pedal. If the computer does not sense the brakes being disengaged after you start moving, it disables the traction control, and abs after about 1 mile because it assumes that a sensor is bad. I duplicated this repeatedly once I isolated the switch.
