Question about 1990 Dodge Ram
Replaced turn signal switch, did not fix the problem. emergency flashers work properly.
Near your fuses, in the fuse panel you will find a silver/grey colored, often round thing, this is called a "flasher" this is probably your problem, replace the "flasher"

SOURCE: no turn signals............
If you look under the dash on the left hand side you will see the fuse area, behind this you should see a large ( about 1 - 2 inch) black square block. These usually sell for about 10 - 15 dollars each at the local auto stores. This is a link to a picture of them. Carry this into your local parts store and put in the new one and you should be good to go.

did you replace the turn signal flasher or the emergency flasher? turn on the emergency flasher lights and pull that flasher if they quit working you changed the wrong one.
