2001 GMC Sonoma 2 wheel drive standard pickup.

Starts fine, idles fine, runs well most of the time.

Occasionally, when shifting gears or accelerating, the engine cuts out, truck jerks, and acts like it wants to stall. If I step on the accelerator pedal hard the symptoms disappear. Only happens when accelerating slowly or at low rpm (like right after shifting). Never happens when idling, or when accelerator is fully depressed. New fuel pressure regulator and injectors.

This could be a number of things but i think that your problem sounds like a vacuum leak or an EGR problem. Try listening for leaks and try un-plugging the EGR solenoid valve one time.

90 chevy 350 with TBI starts but wont stay running changed fuel filter and fuel regulator dont know what next

I have a 90 chevy k1500 350 tbi with same problem! I have traced problem to... after turning on key fuel pump kicks on when u crank it over injectors shoot gas and truck starts! After few seconds injectors stop spraying and truck dies! This can happen many times over and over! Eventually sometimes truck stays running and all is great! I changed ignition module, oil pressure sending unit (which i was told controls gas after vehicle is running) fuel filter, computer, fuel pump relay, I am at a loss now! Hope this helps and hope someone can help me!

99 gmc no power when passing or climbing

It could be electric fuel pump stall. The pump isn't pumping fuel fast enough. This model may have a inline fuel filter before the fuel pump as well that might need replacing.
