Question about 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier
To be short, serpentine belt was replaced couple months ago. Car started missing when air was on, was advised to turn heat on and rev motor up and it worked for a couple weeks. Car started missing again badly, we could smell burning rubber, and heater is not blowing hot air. Help...
If your heater is spraying a light mist through your vents it could be your heater coil. Mine did the same thing, smell rubber burning, then started a light mist through the vents. If you don't get that checked out, it could mess up your water pump and possibly your engine

Did you bleed the air out of the cooling system. Might be that. Open one of the heater hoses to bleed. Also check thermostat.
