I don't think I've ever seen specs for those either. I just crank them on by feel. Probably 40 to 50 foot pounds is good.

SOURCE: where is the power steering
The power steering pressure switch as its called threads in to the power steering pressure hose most of the time it is close to the power steering pump, I have also seen them at the lower point of the pressure hose close to the rack and pinion.

Here you go, I hope this is what you were looking for:
For 1987-94 models, the cylinder head bolts are tightened in 3 progressive steps. Tighten them in the proper sequence as follows:
Step 1: 50-55 ft. lbs. (68-75 Nm) Step 2: 60-65 ft. lbs. (81-88 Nm) Step 3: 70-85 ft. lbs. (95-115 Nm) Let me know if I can assist you with anything else.

There is a lot involved, I would recommend purchasing a chiltons/haynes manual at your local auto parts store for $20. You need to remove the regulator assembly, the trim, the small window frame and the actual window track. A window company takes about an hour to replace it so with no exp, I would expect 2-3....
