Hi, your car's head gasket is leaking. Either just head gasket has gone or the worst case scenario the cylinder head is warped due to overheating.

Two issues can bring into the coolant system 1.if the car has gone through serious overheating, the cylinder gasket wil be damaged nd it will cause engine oil to mix with water
2.If its transmission oil it means that the tranmission oil coolant is faulty

SOURCE: peugeot 407 2.0 hdi lots of black smoke when you

The reason for the black smoke is that it is not getting enough air to burn the fuel completely. It could be a blocked air filter, obstruction in the air intake system, blown turbo, hole in tube between intake manifold and turbo,or a fault with the fuel system and injectors.
