Probably more than one fuse box. There has to be a relay somewhere if you have electronic fuel injection. Might be wise to say what you are working on.

go to www.motorcraftservice.com then click on the owner guide and put in your truck information
then choose the 1st owner manual printing and should be between page # 184 to 200.

Your ECU is what acctivates your fuel pump realy. Put the key on the run possition and pull the ecu fuse for a few seconds and reinstall it ans it should accivate your realy for 5 seconds, Good luck.

How did you test the fuel pump?
Which one Distribution Pump or Transfer Pump?
Do you have fuel presuure at the rail?
Do you have a crank signal or spark?
