For the security light you need to replace the ignition lock cylinder or bypass the security system. For the other two, you need to have the car scanned to see what codes are in the ecm and the abs module.

The code scanner that you need is called ODBII code reader with ABS, and it works in the same way as the one that you connect to the car computer module (ECU) to read codes when the check engine light comes on, but the cheap ones that you can buy from $50 do not have the ABS brake scan function.

If the problem is the ABS, then it is often a wiring to abs problem, or a defective ABS control module, a scan reading is necessary to know what the problem is.

2004 Toyota Sienna XLE: Check engine light stays on VSC LIGHT AND TRAC LIGHT ON, HOW DO I GWT THESE LIGHTS OFF?

Whenever this warning light or any other stays on in the dash it is indicating that the systems control module (or the system sensor in the case of lights like low oil pressure, door open indicators etc.) has detected a fault, it then disables the system (this applies to ABS,TCS, TCM, SRS and BCM faults and others) as long as the light is on. You must now have the dealer hook up a special electronic diagnostic tool and "scan" the system for the fault code that is stored for the problem(s)

Abs light stays on and goes off occassionally. What is the best way to get to the source of the problem?

I don't understand these questions

Any dash light you get is a Vehicle System
Malfunction ( no owners manual)

They have been with us for 30 years now,
still hundreds of questions a night

Study OBD2 Systems on the internet

All check lights need immediate attention

Check for Codes
Diagnose
Repair

Do so in a few days of any light on dash, they
won't go away & won't pass inspection & eventually
will end in costly repairs

Check engine light stays on abs light stays on tbs light stays on car bucks and hesitates

You need to take it to a shop and let them hook the computer up to it and tell you what the codes it is showing and another way to keep you from paying alot to have that done is to take your battery terminal off for 15 min. and that will reset the computer.

Abs light coming on

Abs comes on when the speed on the wheels are from one another, different by over one mile an hour. It is sensors that measures this you have one on each wheel. Sounds like you have one sensor going bad. You will have to hook a computer up to it to find out which one

Speedometer stopped working and mileage has dashes in display

Replace your speed sensor. Your speedometer is controlled by a sensor in the transmission, and when it goes it can cause irregular shift patterns, check engine light, abs light, ect. It's a simple fix, but the part is kind of expensive, generally between $75.00 and $100.00.
