Have the rear brakes inspected for worn out brake pads is the first thing to do. most tire shops will do a brake safety inspection for free.

I have a yellow circle with two dashes on one side and two on the other and they follow the curvature of the circle

if this is on the right side of your dash it is related to your breaks. there is a sensor that wares out just before your break pads do. The sensor is there to prevent you from wareing your break pads into the metal of your rotor. You will need new breaks soon (very soon) and a new sensor. Most of the auto stores carry the break pads but the sensor you may have to get from the dealer. (about $17 dollors)

My ABS light came on in my 99 honda accord what does it mean?

Normally when your abs light comes on, that is referring to your breaks. This could be low break fluid, leak in break hose somewhere, or need breaks checked. Most cars now a days, have a sensor that is part of and hooked up to your breaks, and that will trigger your abs system (which is breaks) and let you know if your pads are low, or to the ware mark. So Here is what you first do, is check your break fluid and make sure that resavor is full, check under car to make sure there is no leaks, under car and inside each wheel area where breaks are, and then next step, is Les Swab can check your breaks for free and let you know if your pads are down to the ware mark. Let me know, Mike

A circle witth dots going around it.I change all the pads but the light still is lit?

There is a seperate sensor for the brake pads on right rear wheel of 95 lexus ls400. once worn down it breaks the connection for the sensor and the light will stay on until replaced. I believe there are 2 of these sensors but the one on the front did not need to be replaced on my car.

How to shut off Brake wear sensor after pad change

If the brake pads were worn enough to activate the warning light the sensor or sensors must be replaced. There is no reset for this.

How would change the rear brakes on the lexus 300 ES

My 97 ES300 has pads on all 4 wheels, not sure what model year you have but I am sure they are the same. The pads are very easy to change by removing the wheel and removing the caliper bolt to get to the pads.

I have changed the rear discs & pads and the

Yes there is a abs sensor on each wheel. You should be able to see the wire's going to it.The sensor itself it easily damaged and will most likely break if you try to remove it so if one faulty you may end up changing both if you change the faulty one first you will only need one but it change the good one as it will probably break removing then you will need both their is no way to check for the faulty one other than try a new one. They can check in the audi workshop but would cost a bit
