Car was running fine yesterday, its cold outside

Car was running fine yesterday, its cold outside and when we tried to start it today, it won't start. cranks but will not kick over
checked the spark plugs, there ok. checked fuses, they're fine. fuel pump is working

Battery is new, engine won't turn over.


The voltmeter should only go as high as 14-15 volts when the engine is running. I would check for a poor connection between the battery and starter.

could be a vacume leak. check hose for cracks or lose conections.
