My 1996 Plymouth Breeze is stalling. I can press

My 1996 Plymouth Breeze is stalling. I can press the gas in park and rev the engine. But in drive, I can press the gas to the floor and it only works a little. Then once I reach 25 mph, it stops working again and gas pressure stops. Help me!!

check that the belt has not come off
it is doubtful that the belt will "jump" timing after 20 minutes of running so check for other failres

on top of gas tank. you will need to lower the gas tank after disconecting the negative wire on battery. You should have drain plug on the gas tank on that model drain all gasoline from tank. hope this wil help

1999 isuzu rodeo LS: Revs high sometimes then revs low to the point it stalls. goes back and forth , won't maintain a level idle. I have to press the gas pedal so it won't stall, so either im stalling at a...


Do you have a check engine light? Which engine? My 1996 Trooper with a 3.2 D.O.H.C. is awful for plugging up the E.G.R. I have cleaned it several times! Good Luck!

Car shakes a little and stalls


Possible cause for your problem is a bad Catalytic Converter Once they heat up, if they are mostly clogged, they will cause sluggishness, and stalling. If you notice a sulphur smelling exhaust or a lot of heat coming from the middle of the car, these are also indicators of a bad catalytic converter.

sound like you cam to crank timing is off. if it was running ok before the repair double check the repair
