Most likely some one has added a tire sealant to the tube and the core is not unscrewing. Are you turning it counterclockwise? If it is stuck and you cannot make it move then you will need to replace the stem by letting all the air out and braking down the tire bead. If it has a tube, replace it. If it is tubeless pull the old stem out and and put in the new one.
If it continues to turn, the threads may be stripped and the stem replaced. If it has worked out a little, try using needle nose pliers to remove it.

Do you have a volt meter or tester with a dial or digital numbers on it connect to plus and minus on battery set to dc volts you should have 12.3 or so volts . With someone holding probes on battery attempt to crank bike do the volts on meter imed. Drop to below 10 . Like it goes from 12.3 to 10 imed. ??? If so battery new or not is falling below min spec . Without even moving the starter. . I wouldn't think the headlight would be as bright. But uhh you'd have to be paying attention to notice.

Typically on a KingQuad, the oil capacity is about 2.6 quarts.

A local mechanic should be able to do the work for a lot less than a dealership. Also, consider changing the transmission fluid. You should also get the oil and fluids checked for any metal shavings that could indicate a fault in the engine.

cylinder on is on the left as you sit on the saddle

The cylinders are numbered 1-4 from left to right tho I don't remember at the moment from which perspective. 1 + 4 are one coil, 2 + 3 are the other coil. Each coil fires both wires at the same time like Patrick says. The cylinder order I mentioned is how they are numbered in relation to the little tags on the spark plug wires and how they should be plugged in NOT the firing order (the order of TopDeadCenter as the motor moves through it's cycles) which I don't know but is probably what Azuredesign says. if those little tags that say which plug wire is which are missing, pull your tank off and look at your coils, the 1/4 coil has a blue wire plugged into it, the 2/3 coil a yellow wire.
