Question about Znen Motorcycles
Hi, Maureen the vast majority of service, parts fiche, and owners manuals on the internet are "FREE" to download and all service manuals contain wiring diagrams in the back pages. The rest usually charge a modest fee of $15 and there is a handful of obscure, rare, obsolete, and very old models that are no longer or never were available and some were never printed in English. The Indian and Philippine markets are usually in E-book format only, for these rare occasions I shall look on eBay and find the cheapest one available. Most of the manuals will cover your exact make, model, and year otherwise one will be provided that comes as close as possible to your bike and will have most of the same info that an exact manual would have. If there is no $ sign after the manual link it is free to download.

well Kazuma is chinese im thinking, the closest you might get to the manual is a Honda xr125 manual If its a honda clone engine, ask at your local shop wether it is a honda clone engine. if so its most likely an Xr125 clone.

sounds like you have too much voltage coming out from your battery, mabey a faulty regulator. The easiest way to test this, is to get a multi - meter, and check the volage output at the battery, with the engine running, at idle should read about 12.5 - 13 volts. Then rev the bike up, and seeif the reading changes, it should not go more than 13.8 or 14 volts max. If it does, then i say you have a faulty regulator/ rectifier.

hi,sounds like your voltage regulater has failed,it is supplying to much voltage to the bulb and causing it to burn out,if you dont have a voltmeter take the bike to a garage and check the voltage ,with the bike running at about 2500rpm,the meter shouldnt read more than about14.2-15.0v,if it does, that means it is faulty, hope this helps...cheers
