The unit wont work with just ice bottles. It needs water to run down the pads to create the evaporative effect. The tank should have a drain somewhere. Look down the bottom of the machine for a plug or tap that can be removed / unscrewed to drain the water out.

Often, the electronics do not reset when you change the filter. It still thinks the original is in there. You will have to look at the owners book to see which button(s) to press to clear and reset the filter alarm

It appears that it is a "25" error. This is a "PFC" error. One of the circuit boards has failed. You could try a full power reset by turning the machine off at the power supply for at least 30 minutes and then trying again.

A sensor tube ( looks like a wire ) in front, at air inlet, is the temperature sensor and many times this sensor is poorly cared for and even broken off by people. It's my guess, this sensor may be the problem for it controls compressor cycling on and off.

Usually, this is caused by a stuck or bad evaporator fan. There are several other possible causes. The first thing that comes to mind is low freon.

Same as if you were disinfecting any water-using appliance. Mix 1/2 oz of Clorox Bleach with one gallon of water and let this mixture soak for a period of time. If your are seeing mold in the location you mentioned, theres probably mold everywhere else as well.

Personally. I would increase to amount of bleach and make certain the mixture get into every nook and cranny.

Make absolutely certain that you rinse it out well afterwards.

drip pan of a refrigerator? pop off the front toe-cover, slide out the tray and clean it

How old is the unit? The water delivery pump and hoses will wear out and leak over the years of service. This will happen to ANY icemaker product (refrigerators, etc)

Refrigerators | Answered on Jun 12, 2019 | 43 views

i don't know. a quick temporary fix would be to use a timer
[ rated strong enough ] to turn the power off and on for a while every so many hours.
