We have been unable to locate a manual in Spanish for the T5720. However, you may be able to get one from Giant International customer service 1-800-638-5119 or by using their "contact us" form at http://www.giantintl.com/ContactUs.htm

Best regards.

Check your frequency, code and Qt filter (if any) settings. For basic operations set the code and Qt filters to zero (off). Turn off any special features, and try the radios in just a basic mode.

Best regards.

Here is a link to the manual for the Disney radio, while it doesn't specifically say Princess, we believe the instructions to be the same: http://www.giantintl.com/ContentManage/manuals/Moto/Disney%20Adventure%202way_User_Manual_E.pdf

The feature you may be looking for is "call tones".

Best regards.

Check the settings of the Frequency, Code and Qt filter on your non-functioning radio vs. the working ones. They all should match identically. Here is a link to the user guide: http://www.giantintl.com/ContentManage/manuals/Moto/T55xx.pdf

You would have 3 sets of numbers: Frequency, Code and Qt. Setting your Qt to zero is good. You should also set your Code to zero if you are having difficulties. You can always add it back in later when you are more familiar with the radios. Look at your user guide and walk through the steps to set your Frequency and then your Code.

1) Double check your interference code eliminator and the Qt filter. Make certain they are all set identical.

2) If you are still having trouble, shut off the Qt filter.

3) Then if you still have trouble shut off the code. (Off is sometimes "zero" or "n" for no.)

4) If the above steps do not help you have either a defective radio, or a bad battery. Switch the batteries out of the working units to the non-working and see if the problem switches to the other units. If so, replace the battery packs. (Note: it takes more battery power to transmit, so the problem would first show up in the transmit area.)

Best regards.

Check to see if your Qt filter is turned off. This is an extra filter the T5950 has to block out other users. It is possible you have yours turned on and it is blocking the cobras.

If it isn't the Qt filter, set all the radios to have their ICE in the off position (usually zero). The radios should then be able to communicate. It could be the ICE is slightly different between the brands.
