Best advice I can give you for mattresses, it work out your budget and then add 50% and work out how to pay for it. Test all the beds in a good mattress shop. I favour Relyon, by appointment to the Queen of England. I bought one for 850 GBP in 1987 and it was still as good as new 15 years later and best nights sleep I have ever had. I wish I brought it to Canada with me!

Most mattresses are held higher from the ground with the placement of a box spring/platform. Futons are rested on pliable wood or metal frames. Most futons are filled with materials that maintain spring such as high-density foams.

Contact shop where you bought it. Ask for manufacturer. If it was broken in transit it should be under warranty.

A recliner is a chair, generally made for one person, that when a lever is pulled, the back lowers andthe front rises. It allows the occupantto lie almost flat.

Buying a new mattress can be a long and exhausting process. Do not let it overwhelm you. I am here to provide you with some great tips that will help you find the best mattress for you. Before heading out to the shop ask yourself a few questions. How long do you want the mattress to last? What is your budget? What type of support do you need? Once you have a basic idea of what you need out of a mattress, you are ready to head out to the stores. Here are a few tips that I truly believe are worth following:

Talk to your doctor - although not a sleep expert, your doctor may be able to guide you towards a certain style/firmness of mattress that will best suit your body

Check the warranty

Test drive your mattress - when you go mattress shopping make sure to wear comfortable clothes (similar to pajamas) and spend 10-15 minutes lying on each mattress you sample the same way you would sleep at home (if you sleep on your stomach, then lye on your stomach in the store). Do not let the salesperson rush you; finding the right mattress will take time.

Shop at mattress stores - try to limit your search to mattress specific stores as opposed to department stores/online (DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS ONLINE)

A mattress is a purchase that should not be taken lightly. Although they can be quite expensive, whatever you do, DO NOT risk comfort for a cheaper mattress.
