Hola Christine Waits, puedes hacer una actualizaci?n de firmware y ver si el problema se corrige
Otra prueba, intenta desconectar todas las conexiones de los altavoces y prueba si la falla contin?a.
Si no se apaga, verifica bien los cables de los altavoces y vuelve a conectar los altavoces uno por uno. para saber cu?l puede estar equivocado o qu? salida est? mal.
Si contin?a, puede tener problemas con la fuente de alimentaci?n o la etapa de amplificaci?n.
En este caso, consulte a un servicio t?cnico especializado de SONY

Otra prueba, intenta desconectar todas las conexiones de parlante y prueba si sigue la falla
Si no se apaga, revisa bien los cables de los parlantes y ve re conectando de uno de los parlantes para saber cual puede estar mal o que salga esta mal
Si sigue, puedes tener problemas en la fuente de alimentaci?n o en la etapa de amplificaci?n,
En este caso consulta un servicio t?cnico especializado SONY

Flip the chair over on its back.
You will see a frame and spring...
Loosen of the spring that's attached to the recliner frame.
You will need to undo the locking nut first.
Wind back the adjuster a couple of turns and do the locking nut back up.. not too tight.
Should be good now.
If not repeat steps to loosen adjuster more.
You may need to tighten adjuster if connected to leg not frame.

There are many different rocker recliners. Did you personally flip the chair over and identify the broken spring? If you did not first see how the spring is restrained. Look at the new spring for clues. It is either welded into position or held in place by a large staple, screw, bolt or steel plate. Please take another look, snap a couple photos of the area needing repair, the new spring and forward them. I need more information.
