. Espero que pueda resolver el problema.

I haven't done it yet but planned you make my own out of old skinny jeans pant legs. I think they would outlast the chair.

I found this great diagram from United Mattress Warehouse that may be helpful!

Pillow-top mattresses are constructed with extra layers of cushioning on top. They are soft to the touch with a firm layer of support underneath.

In order to prolong the life of your mattress you should try and keep the following.

1) Using a mattress pad or a protective cover will help you avoid stains.

2) Use a good and quality bed frame

3) Try to avoid jumping or standing on the edge of your mattress in order to eliminate bends

Flip the chair over on its back.
You will see a frame and spring...
Loosen of the spring that's attached to the recliner frame.
You will need to undo the locking nut first.
Wind back the adjuster a couple of turns and do the locking nut back up.. not too tight.
Should be good now.
If not repeat steps to loosen adjuster more.
You may need to tighten adjuster if connected to leg not frame.

The first reason to have a mattress protector is to keep your bed clean. Our bodies are not as clean as we think even though we take bath every day. we perspire at night, our skin produces oil while some of us put on makeup. All this can get into the mattress and once it gets in, we cannot remove it. A mattress protector will not let this happen.
Secondly, we all love to keep our mattress new. we do not want it to shorten the life of the mattress. Dust mites consume dead skin cells and the dead skin cells will remain on your mattress if you do not use a mattress protector.

What exactly is you question about depreciation.?..book and tax depreciation generally carried at different basis ,,,,or just about it in general? For tax depreciation you can go the the IRS website and search for depreciation...as for book --you determine the life expected and divide the asset value by its years of life to determine its annual depreciation (commonly called straight line method).
Hope this helps
