It means your printer is not connect correctly to your computer. Can be various problems.
1) Make sure when you print that you select that specific printer as more than printer can be installed on your computer. 2) Go to control panel and set that specific printer as default if there is more that one printer installed on your computer (3) Make sure your printer is power on (4) make sure the USB cable if you use use cable is well connected - sometime they tend to pull out a bit without you seeing it, just push it back in (5) Try another port on your computer (6) re-install the software (7) if you are using a network printer this becomes another ball game - please confirm if you are using a local printer plugged into your computer or if you are printing over a network. Right click My Computer > Manage > Services and Applications > Services > Print Spooler. Try stopping and starting. Make sure it is set to Automatic and Login is Local System.
If this is in office network, then IT needs to handle. GL

Sometimes a job will get stuck. If rebooting does not work, right click My Computer > Manage. Go to Services and Applications > Services. Stop the Print Spooler.

This will need to be done by an IT admin if the printer is at work and on a print server. Don't forger to start Spooler.

Open up the printer hood and wait for the parts to stop moving inside. Then while the hood is open, remove the power cable. If I remember correctly you should be able to see a screw inside. There are also alot of plasic clips keeping it together.

You can download drivers ans manuals for HP products from the HP website. Go to http://www.hp.com/support and click on the map of the USA.

On the next page, click on United States (English)

Under "Support for your prducts" either click on "Download drivers and software" or click on "See support and troubleshooting information"

In the "For product" box enter the model number of your product and click on the arrow to the right of the box.

You can now click on the item that you want to download.

Use a Display port-to-DVI cable. Connect the small plug at one end of the cable to the Display port on the side panel of the computer. Connect the large plug vat the other end of the cable to the DVI port on the back of the monitor.
Turn the computer on. Open the display settings window and select which screen you want - computer screen, external monitor screen, or both.

the best batteries are many ,cheap dry cells will fail soon.
