Skipping all the technical stuff, each FM broadcast channel is 0.2 MHz wide and starts on an even number. The lowest channel for example is, 87.8MHz - 88.0MHz. Radios will tune to the center channel, ie 87.9 MHz. Any FM station in the United States is always an odd number, therefore radios in the US will never tune to an even number

More than likely you have a part that is bad inside of the radio itself that is probably shorted out.

Any Local Car Audio Shop that does installs. Check with the guys in the install bays. They always have spares. Many decks from Pioneer use the same harness. Hope this helps

You can slide in two flat thin blades or screw driver and push aside the LOCKS that hold the head unit to the frame so as to release the unit from the fittings.
Please do not use force but a simple flat AXE-SAW blade machined to fit into, must solve the issue-

well here it sounds like we have two problems i'm not sure if you just refering outputs from the Radio or your RCA outputs for the amp.
If your radio doesn't turn on at all definaly you need to replace the Fuse from the fusebox.
but if just your amp. first check for the main fuse and all the wiring to be hook up to it.

if the loose speaker wire touched ground it may have blown the output ic. also make sure you have no other loose or shorted wires as this will cause the output not to work.

Hello,

Connect the wire as it was directed from the wiring harness to the head unit.

If the problem continue, there is an amp in your truck try hooking your blue and white amp.

Turn on to the blue wire for the power ant on the harness that plugs in to the truck.

That should fix the problem.

Thanks for contacting Fixya.
