wine should not be colder than 45 degrees, it mutes the flavor..If you wanted something to go lower you should have gotten a beverage cooler, not a wine cooler :)

Fahrenheit or Celsius? It could be a temperature lock, check manual for programming options on a digital tstat. It could be you need a new tstat. Go get a Honeywell programmable. It could be your air conditioning can't keep up to the demand because of improper sizing or airflow problems. If your sure it's not your tstat then call a technician to verify proper ac function.

We had the same problem so I soaked up the water with kitchen towel then I poked a straw down the hole. Don't use anything sharp as not sure what you might damage. then I cut up a plastic egg box and used two adjoining cups and put one over the hole and the other ond is against the back which stops the ond over the hole moving and that's that, hope it works for you.
