ur developing motor gears worn out replace them ur problem will be resolved...............
and
This error also shows the faulty secondary transfer engaging mechanism.
1. Faulty secondary transfer engagement sensor.
Action: Replace the secondary transfer engagement sensor.
2. Faulty secondary transfer engaging solenoid.
Action: Replace the secondary transfer engaging solenoid.
3. Faulty feed motor.
Action: Replace the feed motor.
4. Faulty DC controller PCB
Action: Replace the DC controller PCB.

When printing. The printing queue file is getting memory on the computer to be able to print it. Maybe you don't have enough memory from your computer and needs to remove or free some space memory.

Hello Dear ,
Pls do as i define to you.
This will come due to secondery transfer eng mechanism
It may be due to sec transfer engagement sensor replace/clean them.
May be secondery transfer eng solenoid replace them
May be feed motor will be faulty
May be DC controller card faulty
First check step by step it may be solve in first two steps.

the scraper for the toner cartridge is broken, either get a new toner cartridge with scraper or just a scraper, depending on what type of cartridge it takes

uninstall the driver and reinstall it and make sure that more then 4GB memory in c drive.............

To solve the printing problem..

# Hold the cartridge upside down, with the bar-code label facing you and take a damp paper towel. # Use the towel to wipe the printhead of the cartridge on the bottom (where the ink comes out). Wipe the printhead horizontally in one direction only (left to right). # Continue doing this until it looks clean. # Then dab the cartridge on the towel to make sure the ink is flowing. # Next, look inside the printer and locate the carrier that holds ink cartridges. Caution: Make sure the cartridges are not installed at this point.
1. Look for a shiny piece of metal underneath the contacts at the back of the carrier. 2. Take a damp cotton swab (use water only!) and wipe along the bottom of the shiny metal piece. Note: You may need more than one swab.
# Reinstall the cartridges, making sure you snap them correctly into the printer.

HP Color LaserJet 3500, 3550, and 3700 Series Printers - Paper Jams Alternating Between Front and Back Door Issue Description Customers may see paper jams error messages with no paper seen in the paper path. The message will alternate between check the front door and the back door. Workaround The release lever engagement tabs on the rear door can be bumped into the in-correct position. The purpose for this tab is to re-engage the fuser release levers as the rear door is closed. When one or both of these are left in the in-correct position the printer goes into a cycle of alternating between a "Jam in the Front Door" message and "Jam in the Rear Door" message. There is no paper present in the paper path when this happens. When a customer gets the "Jam in the Front Door" message and opens the front door, no paper is found. After the customer closes the front door, they get the "Jam in the Rear Door" message. When they open the rear door, find not paper (even pull out the fuser), and close the rear door, they get the "Jam in the Front Door" message. This cycle will continue

Placing both engagement tabs in the "Correct" position solves the problem and allows the print job to continue.for as long as the customer is willing to keep checking.

Sounds like the fuser.
stop the printing before it comes out of
the exit rollers by powering it off.
If half your page is good its the fuser.
