Sounds like the brushes might be worn out and need replacing. Or the motor has become clogged with dirt and debris and no longer spins freely.

I suggest you try this conversion program and if it works the uninstall the other conversion programs.
Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine the type of video file format it uses. Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI and WMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX. If your player cannot play a video then it is an incompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to a format that your MP3 player uses. After video conversion then copy the video files to your MP3 player using the USB cable from your computer. Hi there,

You'll need to convert the said incompatible formats to MP3 format. Its probably because its in WMA or AAC format which your player can't support. Use a free mp3 converter from www.download.com to convert the said files.

Try playing the files first on the PC, if it doesnt play, chances are there is protection embedded to the audio file and conversion wouldnt work either, have a cleaner version of the file.

Hope this helps, please rate if it does

assuming your car dvd can first of all handle copied discs.. can it read mp3 files? (which is what you likely have the songs as) if the player can read copied discs but not mp3 files then you need to 'burn' the mp3's after converting them to wav files (must be at least 44.000 quality to be recognised as music tracks) the good news is most disc authoring programs will do this conversion for you IMPORTANT dont forget to finalize or 'close' the disc after recording it or it wont work

You don't give us much to go on. What happened last before you discovered your amp had no sound? Did the speaker wires cross with exposed metal? In other words, did you short out your amp by touching the negative speaker wire with the positive speaker wire? That will "Fry" your unit. Did you check the fuse? I assume you have a good power cord that is properly plugged in. Does your amp light up when turned on? What other issues can you tell us to give us more clues so we can help you?
