If the BIOS cannot detect the hard disk, this usually indicates that the hard disk has failed. To get the Lenovo operating again, replace the hard disk and install Windows in the new hard disk plus the Lenovo's device drivers and your programs.
There Might be problem with your sound-card or required to reinstall sound drivers how to check 1 . Goto to start > control panel > sounds & audio devices. open it and see below image that you are able to adjust sound.
There is NO real reason why you cannot reflash your bios back to the way it was.... You simply need to find out what type your, bios is... and there are many programs that will address your BIOS and re-flash it. This is unless your BIOS is so broken that the machine will NOT even read a DVD memory stick or driver at all. What happens if you try again?

Open Run and type "devmgmt.msc" then enter to open device manager or Type "Device Manager" in search and open Device Manager.
