they can be defrosted by using a blow dryer on the evaporator coil.or most common way is to remove all the product in the freezer and turn the unit off and leave the door open. most units have a defrost heater and they self defrost but if you are building up frost then you may need to check the continuity on the heating element and replace if need to. or check and make sure the defrost timer is working properly

The most common thing that causes this is a stopped up drain. Thaw the ice out of the bottom and locate the drain hole (probably towards the back, possibly behind the back panel) and clear with with a stiff wire or coat hanger.

If the water is unable to drain from the freezer during the defrost cycle it collects in the bottom and freezes there when the freezer is running again.

Hope this helps, let me know if you need further assistance.

  1. Thermostat switch could be out of order (it does not stop the compressor.
  2. There could be an air leak in the fridge.

check for dust on the condenser coil or if it has a condenser fan is prob not spinning try to free it up by turning it by hand now that's if it has a fan on the outside of the freezer

Good day,
Yes, that is normal. It is ideal to not be in a hot room but as it reaches temperature and begins to cycle off and on it will become somewhat cooler.

sounds as if the temp control knob has gone bad or maybe turned off by accident.

Is your circulating fan working?
Sometimes they stick and need a shot of WD 40 and then work
it back and forth a little until it wants to take off again. Keep me informed
and PLEASE give a Thumbs Up for the effort. The Raz Shack

You could have an issue with the temperature control, the compressor or refrigerant, or compressor attachments (e.g.: relay, overload or capacitor (if applicable). Contact an appliance service company.

sounds like you have an air leak around the top of the door seal, look along the seal to see if it touches all along the frame,if not, a hot cloth and a bit of pressure will bring it back in line. mine had same problem...
