Here is 2 solutions, hopefully this works

Solution A
There is a 2 hour timer on the machine so it automatically shuts off after 2 hours. However...should you wish to turn it off sooner you can just hit the On\Off button. Or...you can always unplug it...but then you have to set the time again when plugged back in.

Solution B
I am including 2 pics I've circled what I think will help resolve your question and a link for the manual.

This is a very popular item, I am attaching the link and a pic to order from Amazon. The jug is out of stock but in the upper right of the pic I circle where you could submit a request to be notified when the jug is in stock again.

Hope this is helpful

Since this is a new item, are you able to return or exchange?

If not, this is a solution I found here on fixya. Hopefully this helps

I had the same problem. I found the trigger button at SmallAppliances.com. You'll have to pry off the rubber grip, and unscrew one or two screws on the handle, bu the trigger inserts neatly into the space. Screw it back together, snap on the rubber grip and it will work like new. Below is the part number & price.

Rowenta DG0123 Knob Trigger, Blue $9.99 (plus shipping)

Watch out, the next thing that will go is the on/off switch. Once it starts getting difficult to turn the unit on or off, just plug and unplug it until you get the new part, or you will be stuck one day and need the iron and go to turn it on and it wont start.

The part is $20, and the same site has it available.

1) remove both sound pods/Air pods.
2) turn both off and then on at the same time.
3) double tap on the right earpiece
4) wait until you hear Bluetooth connected (the left is going to turn off. Which will be connected to the right.)
5) go back to Bluetooth and select the right earpiece and test it out.

hope this helps

Every T-Disc has a bar code? When you place the T-Disc in the brew-head, the barcode lies flat on a small area of glass or plastic. Beneath that is the barcode reader.

Our problem was that the glass or plastic had become dirty and the reader could no longer "see" the barcode clearly.

As a result, although the brewer came to life - just as you describe - it didn't know what to do, because it wasn't receiving any information from the barcode on the T-Disc. So it did nothing!

Here's what you do. Turn the machine off, lift up the brew head, lift up the thin tray on which you place the T-Disc, and then look for the glass/plastic screen. If it's dirty, give it a good cleaning.

Hope this helps

Just push the cup firmly down onto the lower needle before closing the "clamshell" and puncturing the lid of the K-cup also. Read the attached link, other people have this problem.
