you want to note the frequency of the ghost image. the drums are 1.5 inch round and the fuser rollers are a little bigger like 2 inch round and then the y1 trans belt is way bigger like 19 inches and the y2 belt is like 6 inches. If th ghost only happends with one color you could be pretty sure your problem is with that single drum. if it happends in multiple colors look at the other options first.

y2 and fuser you can see when opeing the right side of the machine
y2 is the wider rubber belt that is lower and the fuser is the hot hting at the top with that flip down cover.

y1 belt comes out with 4 blue screws after the front and right side of the machine are open, the toner waste container is out, and you line up the u shaped thing in the middle. turn in the direction indicted untill you see the green stick apear in the back threw the u.

The drums come out after you remove the developer units. with the machine off Open the front cover remove the toner waste container and loosen the two blue captured screws on either side of the plastic piece that covers the drum units. once those screws are loose check to make sure that the primary transfer unit is disengaged. there is a u shaped thing in the middle that needs to line up. if it is not lined up then rotate the blue screw in the direction indicated until it is. flip the whole plastic bar up if it catches in the middle don't force it rotate that screw. if it catches on the sides then just push it harder the sides make a pop noise sometimes before they give. each of the developer units have a flip up cover that gives you access to another blue captured screw. Pull on the cover from the bottom up then loosen the screw and the developer units will pull towards you. after you pull a dv unit the corresponding drum unit comes out by pressing a button down. the drum units are rebuildable in this machine. there are two blue plastic screws in the end holding a bronze bushing, and two silver plastic screws holding a cover on. there is a snap on side cover that will release the grid. and then three blue screws to get the wiper out. in general on sharps it is ok to pull out blue screws, but never ever pull out red screws.

Where the paper exits the copier into the centre delivery tray there is normally a grey arm about 75mm in length attached to the exit guide fitted to the machine. This very often gets knocked off & is the indicator to tell the machine the centre delivery tray is full. If you look into the centre delivery tray & cannot see a grey arm then this your problem. If you find the arm it attaches to the upper part of the delivery exit guide in the centre. The arm clip has cut outs in it to allow it to only be fitted on one way. The use of a torch would assist greatly.

DY THE DRUM CARTRIDGE PRINT COUNTER (YELLOW) REACHES 60,000 SHEETS OR THE ACCUMULATED NUMBER OF ROTATIONS OF THE DRUM (YELLOW) REACHES 715K
If your machine is displaying one of these codes let your service provider know. The codes indicates that the respective drum cartridge has reached it's maintenance or replacement interval. The machine will continue to print normally but you may experience copy quality problems on your printed pages. When the service has been performed the service provider will reset the counter and the code will stop being displayed. In some cases, the machine may be set to stop printing when this code is displayed.

You have 'Toner empty sensor trouble (K)'
Take the black toner out, shake it a few times horizontally, put back in, switch machine off then on. Is it a genuine toner or reman?, may have a faulty chip on the toner cartridge, in which case try another one.

Check the fuser assembly and make sure the 2 levers for envelope printing are not engaged. They reduce the pressure between the fuser rollers and then the copies get issues like that. If that doesn't fix the issue Could be the drum or the transfer belt cleaning assembly causing this problem.

Fuser unit or transfer belt unit or are very good possibilities. Can't believe you have had that problem since it was purchased. The warranty or contract should have covered any needed repairs. Sounds like the service provider let you down. Those machines are very easy to diagnose and service.

This is one of the scheduled maintenance codes. it comes on at a certain "milage" and requires a technician to reset it.

the machine will reboot and the code should go away.

Open web interface of the printer and supply admin password.
As an administrator you should be able to navigate to the System Settings screen.
Select Document Filing Settings and navigate to the section Administrator Authority Setting.
Select Delete so you can delete forgotten print jobs (remember to Save the setting).
Navigate on Document Operation where you can see a list of existing saved print jobs.
Select the jobs to delete and go on.
You don't have unwanted ghosts anymore on your machine!

Cyan toner problem. It could be defective toner remove it turn copier off and back on and reinstall toner. If that doesn't work try a new toner. Beyond that you will need a Sharp trained technician.

be more specific...
if it is an office copier and you are not the person in charge/in direct communication with the copier maintenance company... stop making non-work related copies! That is the point of the count meter.
