What operating system are you using? Is the printer connected directly to the computer or via network, also is it wireless or cabled.

Check the green light near LAN cable connector is glowing. if not replace the cable. if glowing go to the properties of printer & check if IP address is correct? many printers have unique IP address which u will find in manual of printer. try reinstalling printers installation software from CD.

ERROR CODE EA21F7

LOTS TO CHECK

Check if the LAN cable has been correctly connected, if the SMTP server is ready for communication, if the network settings
such as sub-net mask setting are correct, or if the E-mail address of the destination is correct.

LAN cable has not been connected, or failed to communicate with
the SMTP server. You tried to transmit the document to an incorrect destination address.

A LAN cable is not connected. Check that the LAN cable is connected correctly. The network of the network multifunction
machine and the PC with the IP address of the destination mismatch.Confirm whether the network settings of the PC and the network settings of the network multi-function machine pose a
network-type problem. The network settings in the PC have
not been set correctly.Check the TCP/IP settings of the PC.
The network board of the PC with the IP address of the destination has failed. Replace the network board or the PC. Power is not being supplied to the HUB. Supply power to the HUB. A cross-type network cable is not being used for Peer-to-Peer connection.
Use a cross-type cable. The network cable is disconnected. Replace the network cable. Network load in the destination PC is
too high. Check whether a mail with large size data is received in the destination PC, or a large file is downloaded from the Web.
There is too much transmission data. If the scan resolution is set high, scan fewer pages. The access is limited by the firewall
(Windows Firewall) of the network connection in the PC.
Consult with the network administrator, and change the firewall (Windows Firewall) settings of the network connection.

How connect to computer

This printer probably has a network port for a network cable that can be plugged into a router so everyone can use the printer.

Read the manual on it's capabilities. I'm sure a printer this big is not designed to have a usb port running to one computer (although it could do that).

Get onlineand got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "KnoicaSupport" or "Minolta Support" (without the quotes and put your manufacturer name before Support). Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operatingsystem when requested. Look for Manuals throughout the site.

When the copier is on the network does the little leds flash at the network connection? ping the ip address of the copier what do you get.

Go into admin mode on the copier network setting what is your ip address, subnet and gateway reading did you replace a router? now the network is one system and the copier was never told this new info?

Bizhub 350 windows 7

After you connect printer in network just set up DHCP in your printer and from windows 7 (Devices and Printers, Add new networked printer) and job is done because windows 7 will recognize printer and install appropriate drivers.
If you have problem with that uou can set up Static IP Adress in printer and search by that IP, also you can download drivers and software for that printer from this link:

We have a Konica Minolta Bizhub 250 at the office and I want to use it as a scanner...I connected the printer to my laptop using a USB cable but it doesnt send the scanned files to my PC. I'm not really...

First of all, bizhub 250/350 is not a single pc scanner.you cannot use it as a scanner by connecting usb cable with it.its a network scanner.so to use it as a network scanner, you have to do these main steps........
1-assign a free ip address to the machine.
2-ping it from the system to check the connection between machine and computer.
3-now, make a scanner one touch account on the machine.
4-enter computer's ip address in the destination option.
5-create a folder on the desktop of your computer and share it.give it full rights.
6-turn the firewall off.
7-enter the folder name which you have made, in the machine.
8-enter user name and password of your computer in machine.i mean while making scanner one touch account.
9-now place the original on glass and scan it........

I am trying to install my bizhub c250 through network cross cable with my computer. I adopted almost all the instuctions available for the configuration of the same but could not get a print through...

What you have done should have worked.
You may need to enter the IP address into the printer using the printer console not via the computer printer properties.
If it still does not work check the IP address range of your network card, the printer's Ip address needs to be in the same range, ie the first group of numbers must be the same, only the last group of numbers are different.
You may need to use a LAN hub with normal LAN cables and not a crossover cable.

I can't scan.

The Scanning feature must resolve the name you have entered into the host location in the one touch screen. If the system is not able to resolve the name to an address it will fail. The easy way out of this is to enter the destination IP address. The hard way is to fix the reason the printer can not resolve destination name to an Ip address. That will require fixing a DNS problem on your network

I googled the code and got a few returns. In a nutshell, either the LAN Cable is not connected or the destination address is wrong.
