Question about DISH Network 625 Duo DVR Receiver (Remanufactured)
Always getting error code 004. I have unplugged the DVR. I have reset the DVR. I have manually set the signal. Still getting error code 004

It's possible the dish may need to be repointed. Try running a check switch test. Go to Menu > System Setup (6) > Installation (1) > Point Dish (1) > Check Switch > Test. This will provide more info on the satellite signal.
