Question about Konica Minolta bizhub 350 All-In-One Laser Printer
We are in the process of moving to a new network and usually when we flip the ports for the printers we just have to power cycle them to pick up the new IP address. The Konica bizhubs aren't that easy. We power cycle them but they don't seem to recognize the new IP. Anyone moved these stubborn machines to a new network before?
We had the same issue when we moved two years ago. We cleared the settings (write them down first) shut the machines down, bother printer and server. Then reentered the settings, saved by shutting them off again, then restarted the server first, then the printer. That seemed to do the trick. Good Luck

Is there network card is installed in it, if yes then you can configure it with your network go to machine Manu in machine control panel and the in network settings here you can give the IP address and subnet mask after then reboot the machine.
If network card is no installed behind the machine then you can use its built-in USB or and parallel printer without NIC card.

firqst: DHCP disabled
copier IP adress should be 192.168.x.y
IP Pc must be 192.168.x .z (169.254.xx.xxx is a bad address!! = No-IP address !!)
see my recommendation for the scan on a previous post (http://www.fixya.com/support/t1395654-konica_c252_scanning_address_book_job)

SOURCE: Bizhub c350 will not scan to hdd
Easiest way is to change to SMB scanning which will give you direct scanning to PC or server. Create a new address in the machines address tab in the browser add the (must be a fixed) ip address of the machine it is going to with the folder name, user name and password and it will work a treat.

The default password on these machines is either 12345678 or 00000000. Try on of these 2. If neither one works then reply back to me and I will walk you thru a process for resetting the password by going thru the service mode.
