Please! show me how to connect an electric acoustic guitar to the mixer

You can't. A mixer won't take the input from a guitar. You would need to connect the guitar to an amplifier and then connect the output from the amp to the mixer.

A mixer is what it is, a device to mix lots of incoming audio signals and mixing the volumes to a number of speakers.

The unit does contain pre-amps, but not to run a device.

Guitar will not play through amp the amp is working

This could be caused by multiple different things. The most common one is that your input cable is broken. The input cable which you are using is old or has been stored in a way that may have damaged the wiring inside. This would cause a weaker signal or none at all and could stop working. What I'd suggest is to find a friends input cable or test a different one out at a music store through an amp to find out if it is (or isn't) the cable. If it was the cable, then buy a new cable and toss the old one. If it isn't the cable that stopped working you may be forced to open up the back and re-install the wiring and the jack-in. In most cases, it would be advised for you to take the guitar to a guitar tech in your area and pay for them to fix it because it's a very long process where experience is needed in soldering circuits in order to avoid hurting the guitar. Other-wise, if you decided to fix it yourself you will need a soldering gun, flux, new electronics (depending on what isn't working. It could be the pickups, the jack-in, old wiring inside, etc.) and a lot of spare time. You will be forced to solder the connection between the pickups, the knobs that control bass/treble/mid/volume (etc.) and the new electronics. In order to do this, you must first heat up the circuit, then melt the flux and connect the new circuit quickly to flux before it oxidizes (to be simplified).

I just bought a fender passport 150 and it isn't very loud and the channel lights aren't even coming on when I plug in my guitar or my mic. You can hear the guitar and mic but only when the volume...

Turn down the VIP knob and try it. This is on channel 1 for announcement voice overs overriding everything. It has a threshhold setting for adjusting that. Here is the manual for it.

Installation

First you must determine if the mic's output from the receiver is low or high impedence. Tip: high imp. is usually a 1/4" jack , low imp. is a 3 pin XLR Conector. It also depends on your amplifier input jacks. But really you should connect the mic to a mixing console and then connect the console to the amp.But you could connect a high imp. mic via a 1/4" to 1/4",cable into the 1/4" jack on your guitar amp.

Guitar amp shows power but has no sound, could it be a blown fuse

Nine times out of ten, any problem with an amp having no sound coming out, it's a wiring issue. Make sure all of the wires internal to the amp are propely hooked up. Also, try switching out the quarter inch cord you are using from your guitar to your amp. Could be a bad cable. Unless you have blown the speaker completely, something is loose or not hooked up properly.

It shows a guitar for higher input level or you can set it to a lower level(more sensitive) - it will then show a microphone
