Maybe the "h2o" message is an indication that the water bottle is empty....but you already know that.

SOURCE: i have a indesit condesor
i had the same problem and found the fault to be the grey box at the rear bottom on the right hand side was full of fluff blocking the flow of water i striped the side off and removed the lower filter to gain access and there's a gully that was chocked full. cleaned everything and rebuilt switched on and all was well

Maybe trapped water in the dryer. Switch off and remove power from wall. Remove condenser unit from the dryer (clean the condenser while you have the chance with plenty of water and an old toothbrush - it will probably be filthy). With the condenser unit removed stick an old tea towel in the hole where the condenser was and then tip the dryer on its side. If there is water it will either run onto the tea towel or onto your kitchen floor OR into the water container!
It worked for me, honest...

There are three water reservoirs - one at the bottom behind the condenser, a second at the back bottom of the machine and then a third at the top which is the one you would normally pull out to empty.
There is a hole at the bottom of the filter in the first reservoir (at the back of the condenser) which leads to the second reservoir at the back. If the hole gets clogged up with lint/muck then the reservoir at the back does not fill up.
So to solve this, unplug the machine, take out the condenser (front left bottom of the machine) reach through to the back and mop up the spare water with a towel and check that the hole to the back reservoir - you can feel this it is towards the right side at the back of the machine is clear from muck.
Once you have cleared it, water will flow to the second reservoir and then (once you switch on the machine) up to the main removeable reservoir at the top.
Hopefully this helps. GB
