Sorry,Buy a better receiver. The main outputs are cut off by the headphone jack at the pre-amp stage of this amp. So when the headphone jack is bridged or engaged the signal is sent to the headphone amp and does not pass on to the main power amp. In an effort to simplify and save money on expensive distributive op-amps and knobs, the designer of your amp only installed one volume control and one set of op-amps on this receiver. If both outputs were meant to work independently there would be a separate volume control for the headphone jack. This feature is designed to allow a user to work in the room silently with only headphones on. It is found on consumer equipment. Stepping up to a "pro-sumer" or professional or DJ amp will allow the use of all outputs simultaneously. A rule of thumb with most electronics is often "You get what you pay for." Meaning: Less expensive, consumer models will almost always have less quality and more frustrating features than more expensive, professional models.
