Choosing a wine-rack for home use depends on a number of factors, including the amount of wine you want to store, how long you want to store it and the area you want to place it in.

Why haven't I received it?

You need to complain to the company you ordered from. We can't help you with problems like this.

Certainly if you ordered on 3 December, you should have received by now, but you are saying you thought you had ordered a wine rack and you go bottles of wine instead. Sounds like you got a better deal. You can pick up a wine rack from Crate and Barrel. Maybe you mis-ordered? Maybe the wine is a copy and came from China, they mess up often.
