Question about Grundig Globe Traveler G3 AMFMSWRDS Radio

1 Answer

Where is the SLEEP button on the keypad of the G3 radio?

The manual refers you to a SLEEP button. I cannot find any button which is labeled "SLEEP:. A PHOTO showing the function of each button would have been nice, in the manual. The pundits at ETON actually note in the manual that the F buttons have multi functionality, then have the gall to publish that they will let us know these functions later in the manual if needed??? I have tried pressing these F BUTTONS in the hope that they might be hiding the SLEEP but did not succeed.

The sleep button is also the power button. See the screen captures for the location of the button, and on how to use it. It was grabbed from the manual in English available on the Eton/Grundig global site.

SOURCE: Buttons Don't Work

I would strongly lean towards factory service. Sounds like the circuit board has problems.

Good luck.

How to go to menu function

To whom it may concern,

Assuming that you're referring to the 'menu' that comes with the television, on the remote that came with it there will be a button labeled as 'menu'. Press this button once and you will find yourself in the menu.

However, if you don't have the remote that came with the television.. located on the side of the television you will see an assortment of buttons, all of which labeled to their functionality. Located the button labeled 'menu' and press it once. You will now find yourself in the television integrated menu.

What does it mean when the printers shows "position fault" in the error screen?

Amr141: "Position fault" was refer to label not detected by the printer. You can make a quick calibration press and hold FEED button by 5 - 7 seconds and release. Also check the label and ribbon are installed ok and the label sensor is not dirty.

Where is sleep button on my laptop

Hi, you can change the function of the "Power" button to perform different functions. Follow the instructions; from the Start Menu, go to Control Panel, next select Hardware and Sound, click on the Power Option icon, from here you can make changes... like "when the computer ("Sleep, Awake, Hibernate..."). You can also ajust the Display setting on the "Monitor" aswell. "Did this solution help? If so, "Rating" it is appreciated, thanks"

Alarm doesn't work

I finally figured it out. I was setting the alarm for p.m., which isn't labeled such, instead of a.m., which is labeled. For example, the alarm might read "8:00", but that actually means 8:00 p.m.

Unable to actually see the photo in progress in the lcd!

I suppose you are referring to EOS XSi.
Hit the menu button
Go to the fifth menu, and choose the "Live View function settings"
On "Live Viwe shoot." select "Enable" option"
Go back to shooting modes.
The option works only with non automatic modes.
Hit the "SET" button each time you want to see the current picture in the screen, instead through the viewfinder.
Set to MF on the lens switch "AF-MF"

Please let me now if it works.

Set the sleep function

I had to go through every one of the menu settings to find the sleep function.  Your manuals leave a LOT to be desired.  The index is almost useless. Functions such as this should be in the index.     A few examples to show the general way of setting functions should be in the manual.  Or show the flow charts to get to a setting. Not a happy camper, Sandy
