Question about NEC Oki Mc160N A4 Colour Multifunction Laser Printer Print/Scan
This morning, when starting the OKi MC 160 up, the display of a message CALL SERVICE (0500) did not whet away even after re-startint it several times. I did EJECT process and reinstalled all the same toners. Even though the MFP did not goes ahead.
The users manual says when you get this error to reboot machine and if the error doesn't go away the problem can only be fixed by an authorized service provider.
