Question about Vicks V150 Humidifier
I add just enough salt to get it to start steaming but here lately its been boiling over and soaking the floors but still steams just a little bit, what do I do to stop that? It also has been creating chunks of grey stuff that are hard like rocks and get stuck in it and I cant get them to go away. I have tried Kaz Humidifier & Vaporizer Treatment but it doesnt seem to be working. Any Suggestions?

No salt, unless you had 0 steam - to stop water spit, throughly clean the water tank, just as clean as new. It will work like new if the tank is as clean as new! I dont know where the small particles of dirt come from, but trust me, I just went thru this with mine, it's got dirt in it!

SOURCE: Vaporizer That Works?
We use our Vicks vaporizer infrequently and lost the instructions. We substituted Morton (iodized ) salt. It vaporizes great now. It's so helpful to have an online resource like this.
