SOURCE: canon NP7130 copier

Make sure that the black plastic arm just to the right of the gray drum release handle is in the proper position. This arm sometimes gets knocked out of position when engaging the tube of new toner. When the copier is clammed closed, this will sometimes come down on the right side of the post on the bottom front cover. This will move the developer far enough away from the drum to make blank copies. Hope this helps.

It could be a bad voltage board, which is not supplying enough power to the lamp.

HOPW DO I INSTALL TONER FOR THIS MODEL NP7130

From the left sideway of copier you will see small "handle",pull it up and open the copier in right pulling her up.

Then on right side of toner tube holder you will see the handle wich you need to pull in anti clockvise direction, to remove toner unit from drum.
Rotate the toner tube clockvise and pull toward you.

Insert new tube, hold tube and pull out toner seal tape all the way out, rotate anti clockvise until its locked.Return handle in first position and close cover of copier.

How to remove drum scretch from Canon 6045 Copier

you cannot fix a line of a drum. If the drum is causing a line on copies you have to replace it. Any light or fingerprints can cause further problems. Look online or at your local canon dealer for the drum unit.
