Question about Brother DCP-7040 Laser Multifunction Copier with Auto Document Feeder
Someone cheaped out and got the el cheapo paper.
The low quality paper has paper dust on every page....
when the printer feeds this cheap paper thru the machine it drops the dust onto the tonor cartridge rollers and causes the roller to accumulate toner on the roller... this in turn is transfered to the pages being printed.
check your machines operation manual. There may be a clean cycle you can try to run to clean the rollers...
I had to buy a new toner cartridge for mine when this happened.
