How to get rid of sweetpacks and delta search pc bought 05/12/2013

Three weeks ago , delta search and sweetpacks showed up on my desktop pc . I have tried running full scans of malwarebytes , orbit malware remover and superantispyware , avast, and microsoft security essentials . I open IE and firefox I don't see either one , but when I open google chrome I see both . Everything is slow now. All the scans I ran detected nothing . All are updated to latest version . My home pages , search engines all changed, I change back it does no good. I am getting all kinds of popups , and being redirected to strange websites . I am on firefox now , but with great difficulty. It is as if these viruses or whatever knows I'm trying to get rid of them . Each day gets worse. I am in safe mode with networking at this time .Please help . THANK YOU MARGARET

SOURCE: In normal mode PC hangs due to spies or viruses.

When you are restarting the PC - Press F8 Key till you get the options to Boot
Choose Last Known Good Configuration and load windows
Once you have logged into your PC - try to MSCONFIG

If that does not work, Open Task Manager ( CTRL + ALT + DEL ) key and Click on Services Tab. Click the Services Button below. and it should let you open SERVICES.MSC

Disable all the Antivirus software installed ( double click on the software name and under Startup type - choose Disable )
Also Disable the Windows Installer

Try to access or Download some Virus program to Run or Clean.
