I just want to know if rust-olem paint on the inside of a microwave is bad for our health?

Please do call the Rust-Oleum company and ask them.
You should find their phone number on a can of their paint.
I would be highly suspicious that you should not be breathing those fumes, but they might be OK.
God bless your efforts.

How do you remove roll a tex from wall?

If latex based paint was used, most of the time it is, spray the area with warm water then use a flat scraper to remove.. It is very messy when doing a large area. Cover as many surfaces as you can to protect. Try a small area in a corner first to see how it will work, if it works fine then do the whole wall.

The sun is so harsh on wood windowsills they crack in a couple of years and have to be repainted. Someone told me to use aluminum oil based paint on them prior to painting them. All I found is 402...

Usually when you have cracking on your windows, there's several variables including sunlight. One of the biggest problems is using the incorrect primer or a cheap paint. Contrary to what many believe, a primer that dries extremely hard is not ideal for exterior surfaces. Wood expands and contracts with heat, cold and moisture. A high quality latex primer, topped with a high quality exterior latex paint will give you the best results. It allows for flexibility but offers great protection. Some prefer an oil/alkyd based primer. This is fine as long as it's a slow drying primer. The quick drying primers have hardeners in them that don't flex well. Be sure to remove any loose and flaking paint before you prime them. There are places where you can cut corners with painting. I wouldn't do it on exterior paint. One last thing to be aware of- be sure it's not lead paint you're working with. That changes everything.

Rusty pan on the trans of 94 1500. Want a stamped steel deep pan(tow a boat) trans if fine just not waiting for the pan to leak all over the driveway or worse.. Ideas?

A new pan can be found on ebay for about $75. I would check your local dealership first though. Either way, a few good coats of Rust-Oleum to slow up the rusting problem might be a good idea.

I have a gsx750f, a 2000 model, it seems to be getting some rust around the fuel filler section when you open the cap lid, how can I remove it (about 6 bolts I can undo) what else do i remove to safely...

I would get some naval jelly and brush it on and let it set as directed.
repeat if required, there are rust arresting products abailable that encapsulate the rust. or rust oleum if nothing else.

Can I remove rust from drum with a scrubbie for temporary fix?

I'd use the brush to clean the spots down to bare metal then use something like Rust-Oleum appliance touch up paint (multiple coats) to cover the problem areas.

The Rust-Oleum costs about $4.00 .

In order to get access to the tub, see the following:

In order to get the agitators out, you need to remove the "Spanner Nut" and "Drive Block".

Many instructions call for a special spanner wrench to remove the nut. However,

You don't need a special spanner wrench. (About $20 retail)

I've used a short 10" pipe wrench (About $9 also good for cracking walnuts) hooked around one of the tabs on the spanner nut and tapped the handle with a hammer to loosen it.

Also, don't directly hit the drive block with a hammer (it's soft metal). Put a short piece of wood under the drive block and tap it up with a hammer.

You can then lift the drum out and more easily work on it.

02 malibu has a rusted screw on top of the engine block and some antifreeze is leaking out. Is there a sealant of some type that can seal the leak?

There's a number of different sealants that might do the trick. Unfortunately, it will be near impossible to get a good seal to the rusted/dirty surface. Can you remove the bolt? If so, it would be much better to remove it, clean the threading inside the block and install a new bolt (using sealant on the threads).
