SOURCE: could not connect to campus wifi through leopard

Your campus probably uses some sort of "extra" security with their wireless networks eg, 802.11X which may require extra setup. (there is a tab for setting this up in your airport network preferences - look for 802.11X).
Try looking for specific setup information on your campus IT website, they may have detailed instructions to help people having the same problems.
Failing that ask your campus IT department for help.
There's little else I can suggest unless you reply with more specific information on why Leopard can't connect - eg, what exactly happens when you try to connect

As Verb75 says - you just need the right cable.

SOURCE: Lost install disk for Mac book pro My 13" Mac book

You will need some install disks to even begin working on your issue.
Your options:

  • Find someone with the same model MacBook Pro and borrow the disks.
  • Buy a copy of Leopard (10.5) or Snow Leopard (10.6) and use them. If you are going to buy a set you might as well update to Snow Leopard (10.6)
  • Check eBay for install disks but make sure they are for the same model MacBook Pro.
  • Contact an Apple service center and purchase a replacement set of install disks.
Once you have a install CD, I would recommend backing up your system by making a disk image of the hard drive to an external drive. Then doing a clean install and then using the Migration Assistant to restore your user files to the clean install on your hard drive.

Your connection is limited

What router and where is it that you are connecting the Extender to? An extender is not a router. You need a router to extend the wifi signal from.

I can not gem=t my WN2500RP to connect to my Netgear Router

To properly set up the WN3000RP you first have to push the WPS or Push 'N' Connect button on the router-WN2500RP(on the back of the router between the reset and the wired connection slots) and then the Push 'N' Connect button on the extender. It should negotiate and establish a connection between them.
