It is very likely that the reverse polarity diode inside the radio is shorted, usually because the radio was connected up incorrectly.

I just replaced my battery and alternator and my main fuse keeps blowing. Why is that? Also, my tail light fuse keeps blowing.

Check the voltage regulator. If it is giving a to high voltage, it can cost you its of bulbs and in the end the electronics in the car. There voltage should be under 13,6 volt.

Why my headlight fuse keeps blowing out on my 2001 sportster. i have a brand new regulator. what else should i try?

Regulator should not affect headlight fuse blowing. You could do a voltage drop test otherwise look for a short circuit in the headlight wiring. IS it shorting and blowing the fuse on both low and high beam? Look for chaffed, broken wireing insulation on wires in headlight assembly and wherever the wires might be crushed by steering stops or mighth be rubbed through from vibration etc.

Voltage regulator fuse keeps blowing on my 98 ford explorer

Well I looked at the wiring diagram and I did not see a 30amp fuse.
There is a 15amp, a 7.5 amp, and the two fuseable links between the battery and the alternator. Thats not to say a 30amp fuse for the charging system does not exist, but its not in the standard diagram.
Do you have battery power on the large alternator post when the key switch is off ? And do you have power on the lite green and red wire when the key switch is on ?

MY 95 ford ranger keeps blowing the voltage regulator fuse. the battery and alternator checks good

Well... If there is a fuse for a Voltage Regulator...then it stands that is the fuse is blowing, then the output from the voltage regulator is exceeding specs. The fuse is protecting the circuits the receive power in that circuit. Replace the voltage regulator. You should be good to go.

If the alternator is plugged up it blows a fuse in fuse panel. Also turn signals

alternators have built-in voltage regulators. if the voltage regulator goes bad, it could over-volt, resulting in blown fuses or blowing the cap off the battery. you can use a voltometer/multitester to test the power at the battery. a running engine should put out about 14-15 volts (14.6 is quite average) at the battery terminals. if your voltage is higher, the alternator needs replaced.

It keeps blowing the ECM Fuse, checked wiring but

My friend;
Try this;
  1. Did you insert same valued fuse i.e. { fuse rated 15APS with same fuse}.
  2. Check OP'S & voltage of the Alternator = 13.7 V DC - 14.8 V DC MAX.
  3. are you sure NO internal shorttings inside the ECM.

My jvc receiver has blown fuse if i replace the fuse and it blows again what else could be blowing the fuse

blowing fuse only indicates that there is power surges in your area. in order to avoid blowing your fuse again. you may need to a have a surge supressor and auto voltage regulator used for your receiver and any appliance that may need it.
