To clear this you need to clear this easy you want

To enter service mode
Type in code 24 press start
Then you want sub code07
Then you can select what you want to clear so the bk drum unit

How do i reset the mx-M283N?


try opening and closing all covers that you can find. If you aggressively removed a misfeed you might have damaged a sensor that registers jams, and it might need to be replaced.

try to look for some foreign objects on the scanner area.. a dirt stock on the scanner glass if it has adf and a dirt on the mirror if it soes not have an adf.
