My 1995 chevy s10 idols fine until engine warms up. Given gas it lugs down and dies. Changed fuel pump&filter, tps, cps, oil pressure switch,Vaccumm lines. Had it scanned. All that showed was bad relay.

You will need to have the computer scanned and monitor the data stream to see what is happening. The 02 sensor info will let you know if the engine is over/under fueled and what may be causing it. Throwing parts at it by just guessing gets expensive. The data stream, if viewed by a trained technician, will reveal any problems that may be causing your problem

My chevy s10 pickup 2.2l sputters amd backfires even blew out muffler i have tried everything i can think of whats wrong

The timing chain and gears are probably worn causing late valve timing. This will cause backfires, and flames out the intake. I'm guessing this is a high mileage engine.

1989 Chevy S10 loses power and backfires

A large vacuum leak is likely the problem. Could be the intake gaskets. If you have power brakes, are they working ok? If not, suspect the booster diaphragm has failed. Is the pcv valve in place? Any vacuum hoses not connected?

P1351 CHEVROLET - Ignition Coil Control Circuit High Voltage

Conditions for Setting P1351:

The voltage on the ignition control circuit exceeds 4.9 volts, and the engine speed is less than 250 RPM.

Bottom line?

Most likely its a bad Ignition Control Module.

1996 chevy silverado has hard time starting. Put it on a computer and it told me (p1351 ignition control, circuit voltage high). What do i need to do to fix the problem?

Check the connections at the vehicle control module
(vcm) located on the left fender. Check for bent-broken pins or pins that have pushed through the plug
Make sure the connections are tight and dry.
Do the same at the coil. Also check for any exposed
or shorted wires between the two. Hope this helps
